What level of Support does Crosswind Provide? There are 4 paths for support. The first, for noncritical problems is to send a problem description via email to support@crosswind.net Telephone support is available from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 on Saturdays. We do request that only critical problems be called in outside of normal business hours. (806) 456-2435 The third path for support is to bring your equipment to Crosswind's main office at 1008 Avenue F, Plains, TX for hands-on assistance. This is by appointment only and a $25.00 per hour service. The fourth option is to have a Crosswind technician come to your home or office. There is a $50.00 per hour charge for this service. |
